Chloe in Yards Park is a showcase of Chef Haidar Karoum's personal culinary journey, including his Lebanese roots and extensive travel around Western Europe and Southeast Asia, all grounded in and linked by the seasonal bounties of the Mid-Atlantic.  Closest Metro is Navy Yard.

We were seated at the bar, which had a great view into the kitchen, but we felt cramp on the corner as the servers flew back and forth with service plates.  Nonetheless, we had a great meal at this lovely restaurant featuring global cuisine.

Broiled Local Oysters with horseradish glaze, rutabaga kraut, and brown bread crumble.

Sheep's Milk Ricotta with grilled house made bread, really raw honey, rosemary, and olive oil.

Cobia Crudo with avocado, Thai chilies, lime, fish sauce, crispy shallots, and puffed black rice.

Crispy Cauliflower with tahini, lemon, garlic, mint, parsley, and toasted pine nuts.

Spice Roasted Chicken served Vietnamese style with greens, toasted chili-lime dipping sauce, and white rice.

Chai Panna Cotta with spiced pear relish and pecan brittle. Paired with a glass of riesling.

September 2019: Michelin Guide named this restaurant to its list of Bib Gourmand in DC - those restaurants that offer "excellent food at a reasonable price."
