If anyone knows me, they know I do NOT cook. Hence the main inspiration behind starting this blog in the first place. Keith makes dinner (and my lunch) about 98% of the time. He is creative, adventurous, and overall fantastic at cooking. It is very rare that I cook dinner at home, yet I do have a few go-to recipes that I've collected over the years. Since our wedding, I have started to bake more using all the fun gadgets we were gifted, so I will feature those experiments in this series as well.
To bridge the gap between my eatings out at restaurants and my own cooking adventures, I will also share recipes from local restaurants that I have found and try to recreate them at home. I want to show that restaurant quality dishes can be approachable for any at-home cook and are a budget-friendly alternative for food lovers who can't always go out to eat (or don't want to for that matter.)
