Nautika
Nautika Restaurant lies on the very edge of the sea at Pile, alongside the western entrance to Dubrovnik's Old City.
From its unique terraces, diners can enjoy a truly one of a kind view of the Adriatic and the fortresses of Lovrijenac and Bokar. The restaurant's chef, Mario Bunda, leads a team whose varied offerings include delicacies from the local waters of the Adriatic. The restaurant is housed in the former Dubrovnik School of Maritime Studies, where it welcomed famous seafarers since as far back as 1881. Today the restaurant serves to preserve the location's rich history, while retaining the noble atmosphere of Dubrovnik's reign as a republic. In 2008, Nautika Restaurant was recognized as the sixth most romantic restaurant in the world by the much respected Condé Nast Traveller magazine.

Bota Sare
At the seaside promenade in Mali Ston, in the medieval salt storage room there is a restaurant called Bota Sare, which is an old name for arched ceiling.
The restaurant offers and nourishes the original Dalmatian cuisine, and the inspiration for their dishes is drawn from the two old cookbooks found in dusty corners of this monumental building. Oyster as a symbol of this area, and then all other shells, crabs and fish are stored according to original Ston recipes from the time of the Dubrovnik Republic.
Para di Soto
Para di Soto is named for the ancient Roman Imperial baths that this building used to house back in the 4th century. The restaurant enriches the ground floor of Hotel Slavija, the oldest hotel with a beating heart inside the palace. The intention was to create a magical symbiosis of ancient times and modern interior featuring minimalism design to express true value and beauty of centuries behind us. With respect to Roman legacy, some of the archeological remains are still visible inside the premises. The restaurant serves Mediterranean and classic Dalmatian cuisine.
