Pedro Lemos

Pedro Lemos opened doors in 2009 and since the beginning became one of the most prestigious restaurants in Porto. In 2014, they received a Michelin star - becoming the first in the city. Located in Foz, one of Porto's most beautiful and emblematic historical neighborhoods, in a house classified as architectural heritage. They believe that a gastronomic experience is only complete when accompanied by good wine. The wine cellar is a reflection of their passions and path, from the icons to small and unknown producers from north to south of the country, as well as international wines. The selection is judicious with exemplary service.  We enjoyed our final dinner in Portugal here.

O Comercial

O Comercial is located in the most visited monument in the north of Portugal, Palácio da Bolsa, in the historical center of Porto, and combines the elegance of the past with new trends. A beautifully spacious and intimate space, full of refinement, with large windows facing the river Douro, from where you can see the pier of Gaia and the ancestral wine cellars of Oporto. Lugar Marcado

Lugar Marcado offers a cozy space to try typical Portuguese snacks with unique flavors. The meat and fish dishes are made with fresh products and with a special touch from the Chef who adds a unique flavor to each dish. The warm and cozy atmosphere of the restaurant is very peaceful and they have a small "wine cellar" where you can pick and choose your own wine to accompany your meal.

100 Maneiras

100 Maneiras by Chef Ljubomir Stanisic "refers to the absence of rules, but also to the infinity of forms" and serves a tasting menu at a democratic price in this 32-seat restaurant in downtown Lisbon featuring influences from chef's Bosnian roots mixed with Portuguese upbringing.

Solar dos Presuntos

Solar dos Presuntos serves high-end Portuguese cuisine, rich with fish & seafood but with meat too, in a family-style setting. Located in Lisbon, we had our first dinner here during our trip to Portugal.

Nando's Peri-Peri

A self-service import by way of South Africa, Nando's Peri-Peri features Portuguese flame-grilled chicken served fast and tasty in a newly renovated space. Decorated with African art, a mix of modern and eclectic lighting, and simple wooden tables and chairs, Nando's is a refreshing surprise and change to the chain restaurants that adorn the Chinatown area.
