Since I was preparing a side dish from my grandmother for our Thanksgiving dinner, Keith decided to make his grandmother's rendition of stuffing. In past years, I have always eaten a vegetarian version that is mostly breadcrumbs loaded with celery, mushrooms, and dried cranberries.
