Grotta Azzurra

Last date I was here: 4/1/2011

Restaurant: Grotta Azzurra (http://grottaazzurrany.com/)

Location: NYC - Little Italy

Total Rating: 4.75 Food: 5, Price: 5, Service: 5, Ambience: 3, Accessibility: 4

Summary: Located in heart of Little Italy, this charming Italian restaurant is a popular stop for tourists. We stopped in for lunch with our bus tour group and were able to get in and out in about 30 minutes. The food was hot, largely portioned, and seasoned just right. Although we had a limited lunch menu to choose from, the options were all tasty and everyone ordered something different including the chicken francaise, chicken parmesan, skirt steak, and penne pomodoro. Soft drinks came with our meal, but we mostly stuck with water and also enjoyed the fresh Italian bread on the table. Overall, Grotta Azzurra was a great place for lunch and I would definitely eat here again.

What I ate:
