Aquaire

During our stay at the El San Juan Resort and Casino, we ate lunch everyday at the poolside bar called Aquaire.  Alberto and the rest of the staff had a lot of patience to put up with our crazy group of girls.

My favorite drink was the coconut mojito.  A refreshing frozen blend of coconut, mint, and rum.  But I also sampled the watermelon mojito, white sangria, Miami Vice, and kooky colada during my stay.  For food we munched on classic bar fare such as salads, burgers, or wraps.  The chicken quesadillas were a favorite of the group - with strips of grilled chicken breast, it was quite filling.  Another bigger meal that I had on the last day before heading to the airport was the chicken kebabs. Overall, the food was decent and the location convenient for our priority of lounging poolside all day.  Alberto kept the crazy fruit shots coming to celebrate our bride-to-be and it was fabulous!
