Glover's Pepper Sauce is all natural and contains no preservatives, proudly made the old fashion way resulting in the perfect heat verses flavor balance. Good with all grilled meats, or a blend in with other sauces (mayo, ketchup, etc.) as a spread on your burgers and sandwiches. All the Glover's sauces are designed to be used every day in so many dishes. The Glover's team reached out to me to sample their original 5 pepper blend - Spicy Hot Sauce, as well as offer a giveaway to my readers.

Keith first tried the Glover's sauce as a replacement to Tabasco on items such as Buffalo Wings. He found it to be a comparable replacement. We then decided to take advantage of this early heat wave, and fire up the grill outside. We marinated chicken thighs and breasts in the Spicy Hot Sauce.
The sauce is pretty thick and chunky and was a little hard to get out of the glass bottle. You can't exactly pour it out, so we used a knife to get it out. The sauce had quite a kick to me, with chunks of peppers and a vinegary bite. Keith did not mind the heat as much at first, but then it crept up on him. We plan to try the sauce again mixed with mayo to make a spicy aioli for sandwiches. It might also be good mixed with hummus. In general, Glover's Spicy Hot Sauce is hot with a decent spice level but has great pepper flavor. It does not have the chemical taste compared to other brands.
