Sunny's Hae Mul Pa Jun (Seafood Pancake)
- 1 cup of CJ Korean Pancake Mix
- 1-2 cups any kind of seafood (shrimp, calamari, oyster, scallop, etc)
- ½ cup green onions and mushrooms, finely chopped
- ½ cup carrots, shredded
- 2-3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- Add in the vegetables and seafood. Mix well until combined.
- Add vegetable oil into a preheated frying pan.
- Use ladle to scoop pancake batter into pan, cook until golden brown.
- Make sure to flip to other side, cook until golden brown.
