Ribs with Barbeque Sauce made in one of my favorite kitchen tools, the crock-pot. But you can also bake these in the oven and still get a juicy-finger-licking tangy dish.
Ribs with Barbeque Sauce
- Pork ribs
- ½ onion, sliced
Barbeque Sauce:
- 1½ cup of ketchup
- 2 Tbsp of vinegar
- ½ Tbsp garlic powder
- ½ Tbsp parsley
- ½ Tbsp oregano
- ½ Tbsp black pepper
- 3 Tbsp chili powder
- paprika, to taste
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- hot sauce and/or cayenne pepper, to taste
- Place ribs in a layer on bottom of crock-pot. Top with onions.
- Mix all the sauce ingredients and pour over ribs.
- Cook for 2 – 3 hours on slow until very tender.
