We came for breakfast before heading out to the baseball game. I ordered the Buttermilk-Rye Pancakes served with house made jam and bourbon barrel maple syrup. The portion was large, but unfortunately, my pancakes were burnt which left a very bitter taste in my mouth. The crispy edges were nice, but I also found the mix to be a bit over salted. Overall, it was hard for me to finish these pancakes, so Keith ended up eating half.
Keith ordered the Green Chile Pork Migas - scrambled eggs mixed with queso fresco, green chile shredded pork, and topped with onions and radish. It was a bit too oniony, but tasted good with the housemade hot sauce. Also missing were tortilla strips, that we were used to with migas.
While the decor was upscale, I was disappointed with the food. Perhaps breakfast is not their forte.
