Amorini Panini claims to be "The Panini…Done Right." Each panini is individually crafted with the finest meats and cheeses sliced daily, served on hand-made artisan bread and grilled to perfection. With a brick-and-mortar storefront in Penn Quarter, the shop has expanded to two food trucks as well. Keith and I recently stopped at the truck for lunch.
