Summary: Current Restaurant provides resort guests and locals a relaxing dining experience in an atmosphere of contemporary comfort. Savor California Coastal Cuisine, the perfect balance of taste and wellness. Local flavors abound with the focus on fresh, organic and farm raised menu items and features. Dine alfresco on the patio and take in the panoramic views of beautiful San Diego Bay and the abundant California sunshine and afternoon breeze. Located in the Coronado Island Marriott Resort, Current serves innovative menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I ate here twice for dinner while staying at the hotel. Service was great and I love the fresh bread served with olives, sun dried tomato spread, and herb butter. A little pricey for the everyday meal, but it is to be expected since it is in the hotel.
