Summary: Tucked into the lush courtyard of the El Cordova Plaza, Miguel’s is Coronado Island’s favorite for award-winning Mexican food and incomparable margaritas. Miguel’s extends a warm welcome to the island locals and visitors alike. Cute patio dining also available.

I was in San Diego for work and went to dinner here for a casual business meeting. The spot was cute with lots of local charm. I mistakenly ordered a sangria instead of a margarita, but it was still good. Despite being busy, service was pretty decent. The chips and fresh salsa and queso were very tasty!

What I ate:

Enchiladas Suizas
shredded chicken enchiladas topped with verde sauce
and sour cream. Served with rice & beans
