Here are a few other places that stood out to me as great options to ring in the New Year:
Agora: Will be serving their regular menu from 5 to 8PM and a special 5 course prix-fixe menu with complimentary champagne toast and DJ from 9PM on.
B. Smith's: The $150 per person fee includes a 5 course meal special, Midnight Champagne Toast, live music and Medium Open Bar from 7:30PM to 1:00AM.
Charlie Palmer Steak: For $100, indulge in a spectacular 6 course New Year's Eve Dinner Menu. 5-10:30pm; wine parings additional $45. A la carte menu available. Try to get up to the roof for awesome views of the Capitol building!
ici Urban Bistro: Enjoy a Multi-course dinner beginning at 5:00pm. Le Bar will host the after dinner party beginning at 9:00pm. DJ, Dancing, Drinks. I spent NYE there last year and had a great time.
Sequoia: Choose the Early Bird Menu ($45-$75 from 4-6:30pm) or the New Year's Eve Menu ($75-$95 from 6:30-close). Champagne toast, live entertainment included at this Georgetown hot-spot.
