I use a weighted scale to rate five different categories when I review a restaurant. The most important factor is of course the food; followed by price, service, ambience, and accessibility of the restaurant. The first and final impression made by a restaurant is seen in the quality of the service by the staff. From the initial greeting to answering questions about the menu to overall helpfulness to guests is crucial for a restaurant in order to provide the most enjoyable time of patrons in their establishment. Paying attention to details stands a restaurant apart from others and giving genuine service keeps customers coming back. Below are the DC restaurants who received my highest service score so far this year.
